I have a user in the portal but cannot sign in

• Forgot username: The username is usually the same as the email address.
• Forgot password: If you have forgotten your password to the portal, click on "Forgot your password?" on the portal login page (see screenshot below). You will then receive an email from crm_mailer@nordicecolabel.org with a link to create a new password.
